Supplier Information

Effective 13 August 2026 · Revvice is operated by Finding Yeti (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.

This page sets out the information South African law requires an online supplier to make available before you transact, under section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

1. Who you are contracting with

  • Registered name: Finding Yeti (Pty) Ltd
  • Trading as: Revvice
  • Legal status: A private company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa
  • Registration number: 2016/204250/07
  • Place of registration: Republic of South Africa (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission)
  • VAT registration: Not registered for VAT.

2. Where to find us

We are not currently a member of a self-regulatory body governing this service, and are not bound by an industry code of conduct beyond the law.

3. What we supply

Revvice is an online service where you pay to ask a named independent expert a question and receive their considered answer, delivered digitally. Creators are independent contractors, not our employees; we contract with you for the service and with them to fulfil it. Answers are informed opinion, not professional advice. Full detail: Delivery Policy.

4. Price and payment

Each creator sets and displays their own price, which you see in full before you pay. Where a payment is processed by a merchant of record that adds local sales tax or VAT, the final amount is shown on the checkout page before you confirm.

Payment is by card and other methods offered at checkout, processed by our payment partners — rand payments by Paystack, other currencies by Dodo Payments. Card details are handled entirely by the payment partner; they never reach our systems.

5. When the service is rendered

Within the creator's published response window, typically 48 hours from payment. If that window passes without an answer, you are refunded in full automatically. See the Delivery Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Terms, refunds and complaints

There is no minimum duration to your agreement with us and no subscription: each question is a separate, once-off transaction. You may close your account at any time.

7. Your record of the transaction

Your questions, the answers you received, and the status and amount of every payment remain available in your account for as long as it is open, and can be read, saved or printed at any time. We also email you a receipt at the time of payment and a confirmation of any refund. You may request a copy of your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

8. Security and personal information

Payment card data never touches our systems. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, and creators cannot see buyers' email addresses or payment details. How we handle personal information, and your rights under POPIA, are set out in our Privacy Policy, with the processors we use listed at Subprocessors.

9. Cooling-off

Section 44 of the ECT Act gives consumers in certain electronic transactions seven days to cancel without reason. That right does not apply to services that, with your agreement, have already been performed — so once your question has been answered it no longer applies to that question. Before it is answered, our own policy is more generous than the statute: an unanswered question is refunded in full, automatically, and you can raise a problem with an answer within 24 hours of receiving it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

10. Unresolved disputes

Please start with support@revvice.com — our complaints process sets out the timeframes. If we can't resolve it, South African consumers may refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission, and complaints about personal information may go to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforeg.org.za.
