This policy sets out what you may and may not do on Revvice. It applies to everyone — people asking questions ("buyers"), the experts answering them ("creators"), and anyone else who uses the site. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaking it can cost you your account.
1. The short version
2. Content you must not send
Whether it's a question, a follow-up, a voice note, a photo, a video or an answer, don't send:
- anything unlawful, or that promotes or helps someone commit a crime;
- harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse directed at anyone — creators and buyers both;
- sexual content, and absolutely nothing sexualising a minor;
- someone else's personal information — ID numbers, addresses, banking details, private contact details — without their consent;
- content that impersonates another person or falsely claims an affiliation;
- material that infringes copyright, trade marks or confidentiality obligations, including documents you are not free to share;
- malware, or links intended to phish, defraud or compromise anyone;
- advertising, recruitment or bulk solicitation dressed up as a question.
3. Using the service honestly
One paid question buys one considered answer. Don't use the service to:
- obtain answers you intend to republish commercially as your own;
- scrape, bulk-extract or automate access to creators' answers;
- run multiple accounts to evade a suspension, a rate limit or a refund decision;
- probe, load-test or interfere with the platform's security or availability;
- pressure a creator into moving the conversation and the payment off Revvice. Creators: taking a question off-platform to avoid the fee is grounds for removal, and it strips the buyer of the refund protection they paid for.
4. Rules for creators
Answer in your own words, from your own experience. Beyond that:
- Don't misstate your credentials. Your profile must describe work you have actually done. A verification badge can be withdrawn, and false credentials end the account.
- Disclose anything that could bias your answer — a commercial relationship with a brand you're recommending, a vehicle supplied to you, a paid partnership, an affiliate arrangement. Undisclosed paid promotion presented as independent opinion is the fastest way off this platform.
- Don't give regulated advice. You are sharing informed opinion, not financial, legal or medical advice, and you must not present it as such or promise a particular outcome.
- Don't pass off someone else's work, and don't submit a wholly AI-generated answer as your own considered reply. Using tools to help you write is fine; sending output you haven't checked and don't stand behind is not.
- Answer or don't accept. If you can't make your response window, pause new questions rather than letting buyers run down the clock to a refund.
5. Payments — the part we enforce hardest
Revvice is not a way to move money, and we treat attempts to use it as one as fraud rather than as a policy breach. You must not:
- pay with a card, account or payment method that isn't yours or that you aren't authorised to use;
- fund questions to yourself, to an account you control, or to an associate, in order to convert payments into a payout — whether through one account or several;
- arrange questions that aren't genuine requests for an answer in order to move value between two people;
- give payout details for a bank account, Wise or PayPal account that is not held in your own name;
- use the platform to disguise the source of funds, evade sanctions, or evade tax or exchange-control obligations.
We monitor for these patterns. Where we find them we will withhold payouts, reverse or refund transactions, close the accounts involved, and report the matter to our payment partners and, where the law requires it, to the authorities.
6. Age and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Revvice, and you must not use it if you are subject to sanctions, or located in a country our payment partners cannot lawfully serve.
7. How we enforce this
Depending on what happened and how serious it is, we may remove content, refund or cancel a question, withhold a payout pending review, remove a verification badge, suspend or close an account, or report the matter. We aim to act proportionately, and where we can we'll tell you what we found and why we acted — unless telling you would be unlawful or would frustrate an investigation.
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice we send, or write to support@revvice.com. A person will look at it again. Our complaints process explains the timeframes.
8. Reporting a problem
If you received an answer that breaks these rules, use "Report a problem" in the thread — that also protects your payment while we review. For anything else, including content you've seen on a public profile, email support@revvice.com with a link and a short description. We acknowledge reports within two business days.
9. Changes
We'll post updates here with a new effective date and flag material changes by email. Questions about this policy: legal@revvice.com.
